Frozen Facebook Deals

The Oklahoma weather is starting to heat up again and so are the deals at Orange Leaf frozen yogurt stores.

Advertized on their facebook page is a statement that reads, "Facebook fans get free Froyo [frozen yogurt] every day".

"The promotion recently started and we are not sure how long it will last," said Ryan Kueser an Orange Leaf employee.

When asked about the guidelines for getting free yogurt, Kueser said "You have to sign up on the page with your email address and also " like " the Orange Leaf page from your facebook, then they draw from the database every Friday and email the winner."

The facebook page now has more than eleven thousand "likes".

The soft serve yogurt from Orange Leaf is a healthy dessert compared to other ice cream shops around Norman such as Rusty's Frozen Custard or Braum's. They also offer unique flavors such as peach, pistachio, lychee and honeydew and give an option to top the frozen dessert with fruit or assorted candy.

"I like coming here before I'm about to study for a long time, I can pay by the weight and it gets me energized without a huge sugar low" said nursing student Brooklin Beasley"I don't ever feel too guilty after eating a whole carton here". 

With only 90 stores in the U.S., Norman, OK is lucky to have an Orange Leaf on West Lindsey Street.
