The Pita Pit franchise has made it easy to get nutrition facts about their food for those who are trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.
On the website there is a "build a pita" option where you virtually make your pita and it shows the nutrition facts for everything in your pita. However, if you do not have time to log onto the computer before going to eat, there is a "Your Resolution Solution" menu that offers pita combinations that are less than 500 calories.
"I have noticed that I go to Pita Pit a lot more now that they offer nutrition facts for exactly what I ordered, even if I am not on a diet I like to know that I am eating healthy" said Aaron Vohlers, health and exercise science junior.
